Halogen

Halogen is a Black trans-led creative arts non-profit organization that uses visual art and inclusive data for innovative and proactive suicide awareness in Black and Brown trans communities. We create original resources, such as books, documentaries, photo series, and more, that can be viewed by the community and placed in our partner locations such as therapist offices, community centers, and nonprofit organizations. This work is done through a philosophical lens by viewing the soul. We believe that, at the broadest level, trans is about where the soul needs to live in order to have the most sustainable, autonomous, and meaningful life. Halogen is based in Seattle, WA
